A kid trapped with adult responsibilities
Do you ever feel like you're a kid trapped with adult responsibilities? When was the switch from childhood to adulthood? Can you quantify how much of an adult you are? Are there phases? Do you have a choice to whether you're a child or an adult? When someone says "you're very mature for your age" does that mean there is actually a choice for you to be immature at your age?
For me, I feel like there's no inbetween. Some people say that I'm a "young adult" but what does that really mean? Does that mean I'm young in age like a child but still have adult responsibilities?
No need to respond to these ramblings unless you're absolutley compelled. Nor am I annoyed or frustrated at anything. Just felt like rambling today.

Emily,
I just saw a post of yours on lcf and had to stop by to say that I am so impressed by your weightloss. You are beautiful!
Regarding your question... at 30, married with a great job & house, I still feel like a kid with adult responsibilities!
