Southern Lights- Kentucky Horse Park
After years of saying we were going to go, but never did, David and I went to Southern Lights at the Kentucky Horse Park yesterday. Not only did you get to drive through a sea of twinkle lights, they also had crafts and a petting zoo! Here are some pictures:Tuesday, December 12, 2006
Christmas Party
I can't believe school is halfway over! To celebrate, Julie had a Christmas party. I also threw in a picture of my Christmas tree since it took forever to get the lights working:Friday, December 08, 2006
Venti black eye with heavy whipping cream
Despite sleeping in way too late today (I got probably 10 hours of sleep last night), I went to run errands and after an hour or so finally made it to the oh-so-anticipated Starbucks. Being too lazy to go inside, I went to the drive-thru, and proceeded to order..."A black eye heavy cream with venti" Whoops. So I try to correct myself:
"A heavy whipping cream black eye with venti" Shit, that's not right either. Maybe this will work:
"Caffeine, lots of it, with heavy whipping cream"
The dear Starbucks man chuckled and said "That will be $3.13."
I drove off with the right order, but not my pride! Oy!

Time flies...
when you're stressed out to the max and working your ass off! I am in complete disbelief that I'm already halfway done with my MBA! What a year of changes this has been... and I'm sure there are more to come before new years gets here!Monday, December 04, 2006
Nothing to blog about...
But it's better than being productive.I found out I passed my PDMA exam today, so I'm certified in New Product Development! Hooray! Now I just need a job. Any offers?
Oh, and look at the most adorable baby ever (no, he's not mine. If I had one, it wouldn't be so cute.) Now, I just need to teach him how to say "Auntie Em"

Randomness...
Just some thoughts as I procrastinate to the nth degree on my project:- This is the only time of the year when it's fun to have the last name Ho
- Christmas shopping is a lot more fun when you have money
- Anything (even plucking your eyebrows) is more fun than doing schoolwork
